Binatone Carrera Locked Out Why?

The Binatone website is crap i have a major problem i have a Binatone Carrera X350 UK & ROI 2nd edition sat nav. I was fiddling with the settings the other night now everytime i turn on the the unit i click navigation screen comes up saying London or something and locked by the side of it at the top it states premium when ever i click onto the part which says london or something similar on that line i get taken to a white screen on that screen is my serial number i am told to go to www.binatone.com and load in my serial number but the site is a joke as it gives you no place to enter this code.
How can i get back to my original system i have tried pressing reset on the back and turning it off for 10 secs but it still goes to these screens. There is no help on the web at all so please anybody can you help me out. Please.

If you go into settings go to about press the default and go back to factory settings if that dosent work take it back to the shop you bought it in ?

Select the correct memory. It is not the SD card you want but the other choice.

i have the same problem can not find help just bought for presant windscreen holder keeps poping out of sat nav going back with mine.TOM-TOM next

Every time i switch on my sat nav on then press navigation it come up saying Application mobilenavigator.exe has preformed an illegal operation and will shut down. If problem persists, contact the program vendor.

go to settings on the actual navigation thing you'll find something there about premium n den click on it hard to explain online

No answer but VERY obliged to Nobby for his. I kept getting website cannot be displayed when I used .com so tried .co.uk and hey presto, it worked. Thanks Nobby

try going to the correct website www.binatonecarrera.com on main screen go to menu or settings. check you still have memory set to nand flash not sd crad or else it cannot read the maps

if you email them, they are very good at replying and helpfull give that a try, also try ringing them im sue they can help you wid the problem.

Unfortunately the UK site only deals with telephone or transmission equipment they don't deal with GPS.
So the problem still exists but thanks for the advice if anybody else can answer i would be grateful

i'VE HAD A LOOK AND YOUR RIGHT ABOUT BINATONE.COM ITS THE WRONG WEBSITE.
SO i TRIED BINATONE.CO.UK AND LOW AND BEHOLD THE SITE HAS A CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH YOU CAN EMAIL. SO FORGET THE .COM USE .CO.UK ALWAYS TRY CHANGING THE ENDING OF A WEBSITE IF NO LUCK WITH WHAT YOU READ.

HOPE YOU GET IT FIXED.
