Volvo V40 alarm activates too easily in wind?

I dont know about adjusting the sensitivity, but I have found that making sure all the air vents are closed stopped the problem on mine. If the vents or window are not closed, when the wind blows the alarm senses a pressure change in the car and thinks someone is breaking in.
