Mend Rotel UD-70 Blown Main Unit

Power surge/Fuse blown - now UD-70 not working?

Power only appears to be getting to the main Receiver box. Unit appears to turn on ok, but volume light flashing and no power/lights on the Equaliser, CD or Tape deck. any ideas?
