Diplomat dishwasher ADP8322 - continuous beeping /no wash?

instuctions from the manual are as follows:- Identyfying appliance faults, the START indicator lamp flashes. press the start button for two seconds untill it switches off. Select a new programme and press the start button again.
The appliance is not working:-
no water supply, open the tap,the appliance does not
load sufficant water, clean the water supply tap filter
nsure no kinks in supp hose
problem starting the
selected programme,the programme can be set to
"O" to start

not an answer but we have just installed the same dishwasher ADP 8322 and have the same problem and we think we have got rid of the manual with the rest of the rubish from the new kitchen, any help wot so ever?????????
