how can I fix my fridge freezer, beko?

fridge freezer has stopped working, the fridge has stopped chilling and the freezer has stopped freezing, but the light in the fridge is still on

if its an auto defrost appliance go around the back and look for a cream plastic box mounted to the back of the fridge on the left hand side of the compressor.there is a little round plastic blanking plug which you need to prize out and then using a flat bladed screwdriver turn the defrost timer over manually (clockwise).IF IT STARTS TO RUN YOU HAVE A FAULT DEFROST TIMER AND WILL NEED TO REPLACE IT
