Mend Potterton Puma 100E Boiler Heating Pressure Gauge

Potterton Puma 100E - Pressure gauge does not move?

The pressure gauge black dial of my Puma 100E is stuck between 1 and 2 even after I have drained the system and re-charged it; it still did not move. There is hot water and heating OK. What could be the problem with the pressure gauge? The connection seems rusty. Can I change the pressure gauge?
