Mend Belling Format Heating Help Runs

Belling format multifunction oven not heating on fan??? can you help?

When the main oven is switched to fan, the fan runs but the elements do not heat. If i move the control to the next setting, oven without fan, the elements heat OK? any ideas or wiring diagrams?

Repeat of question submitted before but not answered ?

Hi, if its a Belling Range there will be an element (a third one) around the fan. These are about £15, but can be difficult to replace.
