How much does it cost to put flow valves on existing burner?

We have an oil burner with no flow valves. It has been costing a fortune for the last 3 years. How much should a reputable oil company charge to put the valve(s) in? The oil company with the oil contract can do the work. What is a fair price and how much labor is involved. We are in New York on Long Island
