Flashing red LED on HP 1315?

I could really use a set of HP 1315 schematics to repair the overload circuit on my HP. It currently doesn't run forward, but will run in reverse.
I've searched for the data but the model seems to be to old to be supported by anyone.

If I need to I will rewire it for direct manual operation and bypass the overload mode. But I would rather repair it.
