how can i change my ignition barrel when i cant turn key to no1 on a fiesta?

you need a barrel made up to fit your existing key so you keep the same key you could try removing the ignition switch from the back of the lock thats held in by two plastic lugs which you push inwards wich a small screwdriver this sometimes enables you to turn key when removed if that dont work you will have to drill the inside of the lock out using a hardened drill once you get to the tumblers inside the lock stop drilling and remove 6 tumblers and olso the roller you then should be able to turn the insie of the lock with a screwdriver the part number of a lock kit is 1022184 about £15 from a dealer
