I have a 2006 Ford Fiesta & have been told that if I change the spark plugs myself the computer will need to be reset. Is this true ????

not true at all, the plugs are in no way attatched to the ecu, if it were a diesel then yes but then you would be changing injectors...... just change them 1 at a time and don't mix the leads up they will be fine.
