I bought new rubbers for a ten year old aquadart shower door from the Bathroom doctor on Ebay. He sells a multi flange shower seal in 900mm or 1800mm lengths they are easy to trim down with a pair of scissors

I have the same problem too, and can't find any spares, but I don't want to have to buy a new door, just because I can't get seals for the door.
