Mend Fiat Scicento Cooling System Water

how do i drain the cooling system on my fiat scicento?

my water system appears to have some oil floating on the top, how do I drain the system to refill with fresh water and coolant? I do not have a car manual to work from unfortunately and cant find access to one on the net.

To drain the coolant, its best to remove the bottom hose from either the radiator or cylinder block - whichever is the easiest to access. Expect a blown cylinder head gasket though if there is water in the coolant.
