fix crackling speakers?

try the easy things first.

1. Windows update.

2. re-install the sound driver, from your motherboard manufacturers website. if its an intel you should have no problems.

if there is no improvement. then consider a fault with the sound device and buy a sound card. (a cheap one will do unless you want surround sound).
