Mend Opel 0911787 Heater Motor Runs

Vectra heater motor?

My 2002 sxi vectra heater motor only runs on full power setting No4, but not on 1, 2, or 3. would it be the motor itself or is it fed from some sort of regulator ?.

It's the heat resistor located behind the glove compartment, footwell area towards upper right of the heater motor. It clips in. Can buy a new one from vauxhall for 24.95 or replace the fuse on the resistor itself. Fuse is 69p from maplin and needs to be crimped on or use metal connectors to attach.

most likely the resistor pack,not sure where it is on this one ,but most are inside the box where the motor is.
