heater problem?

I have a Seat Ibiza cool/s 1.4 w reg 2000.The problem is when i switch the ignition on the radiator cooling fans come on constantly, checked the radiator sensor not that. Also blower motor in car runs constantly on speed 2. The A/C constantly flashes on the display. Also AUTO is constantly stuck on the displayed. Also temperature is stuck on 22 degrees on display. I can not alter any of the display by pushing any of the manual buttons. Temp, blower speed, A/C, Auto or reciculate, none of these buttons alter the display. The display screen and controls are all on the centre console. Any advice on this problem would be very much appreciated. Many thanks. MARTIN
