Mend Aquarius WM62 Wash Machine Water

AQUARIUS 1000 - WM62 WON'T WASH OR SPIN?

My machine only fills up and let's out water (no spin). It won't wash or spin just pumps majority of water out.
I think I might have had unbalanced load, but have emptied machine and tried several 'washes' but only fills up and drains. I have checked drum is still attached and it is. Any suggestiong or is it now something to do with circuit board???
