Acrylic-C120 will seal around windows by regenerating the rubber seal. There is no need to remove anything. In fact it is an advantage to not disturb the fault before apply the impregnant. It is anaerobic, leaves no witness on the surface and water proof in 5 minutes. Is user friendly, non sticky. Cna be painted over. No vices!!
