Recently installed washing wachine will not empty & has leaked overnight?

Hi there

We had our washing machine moved to the utility room yesterday and it has been nothing but trouble.
It will not empty and allows us to open the door...and all the water is pouring out. This happened a couple of times. There is also a lot of hot air coming from the top of the drum.

We switched off the machine over night and have woken up this morning with the utility room and kitchen floor covered in water.

Is there a problem with the way it was plumbed in? Should I be checking any pipes??

Please help.
