diplomat dishwasher adp8332 fault fa?

fault code E6.
I have checked intake hose ok
I have checked pump moter OK
no blockages OK
please advise me what controls the pump motor is there a safety switch in line ?

i have a diplomat fitted dishwasher which is pumping water inside the unit at very low pressure.
what can the fault be & how it can be repaired.

take off your dishwasher door by unscrewing screws 2 and 4 at each side of door when door is fully down,do not fully unscrew them as you will loose the brackets at the back. If you have a kick plate fitted at the bottom of your units you will have to remove this. There is a metal plate at the bottom of the dishwasher which is attached by 4 screws remove this and you will see a drip tray which will hopefully be full of water. You will have to drain this tray with a sponge and then start your normal cycle. Hope this is of use to you. Remember to switch the power off before draining the water.
