My wifes Rover 25 02 plate heater not working. ?

The blowers are working fine on all settings but no heat

Rover Rover 25 Vehicles, Cars Plate Heater Working

The thermostat is probably stuck open, preventing the coolant from reaching operating temperature. The fix is to change the thermostat.
