Mend Glow-worm 24C Worm Boiler Turn

how can i fix my glow worm 24c condensing combination boiler?

I have a new 24c glow worm condensing combination boiler ( under 1 year old ) and when i try to turn it on the red light flashes on the front at 90 which means flashing flames or gas failure does anyone have an idea what the problem could be or how to solve it
