We moved into a bungalow that has a Veritas alarm system. We don't have any instructions or passcodes and I can't find the model details (except the name). To stop it working, the previous tenant has removed the fuse and if you reconnect the alarm goes off. How do we go about getting the system reset for our use? I would appreciate your help.

you need to put in the code which could be 1234 or 0000 factory setting or you need new battery pack

the factory code is 4321. apply power and type that in. if it dont stop the code has been changed to something else and an engineer will need to do a full reset, its not or shouldnt be a costly job, i charge 45 quid for that type of job locally
