How can I fix my peugeot jet force tsdi 50?

i have a problem with my peugeot jet force tsdi 50.
ENGINE floor go until 5000 or 6000 rpm about 50 km per hour and thats it.Before the problem in up to 80 km perhour

what do you mean :barrel .
the exhaust pipe in cylinder?

the exhaust pipe may be blocked up with carbon try loosening it bit at the barrel and see if it gets a bit better ok
