how can i fix a bissell 3750-E?

hi, my bissell 3750e fell over and just stopped working, this was yesterday so the thermal protector would be ok if it had overheated, i have checked the fuse in the plug and it is ok, is there a fuse or trip inside? any help would be appreciated, cheers, derek
