Heating cuts out when Water Temp Reached?

Hi there,

I have an old Worcester Danesmoor 12/19 seems to be working ok but when the hot water reaches it correct temp the heating cuts out (have to run off the hot water to warm radiators) also I dont seem to be able to run the central heating without the water being on?? any ideas Thanks
