Mend Sort Water Hot

How can I sort out water problem in thermostatic shower?

I've got a thermostatic shower with a pump,sometimes while having a shower the temperature of the water keeps flactuating between hot and cold.I've changed the valve on the shower but it still does it quite frequently,even the pump sounds different when that happens.
