Mend Jaeger SRE5000 Broken Power Repair

How can I fix my satellite receiver. It is a FTA model Jaeger SRE5000?

My satellite receiver Jaeger SRE 5000 - FTA has broken down. I just cannot turn it off and the 'green' light is always on but cannot get any reception from the satellite dish. I would like to be able to fix it. I have some electronic knowledge/experience
