George, I have a strong feeling that the code I have given you is incorrect.
I tried one for somebody else and then sent the details off to bookshelf and they have sent me a completely different number to the one I generated. I'm sorry if I've caused you any inconvenience but if you send your details to bookshelf they will supply your code for free albeit in a couple of days.
