Mend Ultimate ID1 Keypad Alarm Work Working

Keypad "system busy"?

Hi we have an Ultimate ID alarm at work, all was working fine till today when the keypad now displays system busy and wont allow you to type anthing in. As this is the only keypad im a bit stuck and was wondering if there was a way of resetting the system.
