how can i fix my playsation 3?

how do i take out my c-d from my playstation, whenever i try it simply wont come out, and even if i try holding the eject button for 10 seconds or longer, it will just not come out. please help me out with this.

turn the PS3 off at the back, then hold your finger on the eject button - at the same time, switch the PS3 back on again and the disc should eject.
