F11 fault on dyson washer CR01?

I have done as said on a previous answer with the f11 fault, i have reset the machine but the same message came up straight after resetting the machine. I have now brought up a diagnostic mode error of 2928F11F5F2V131, Any ideas of any problems or if it does require an engineer the est cost??
