Mend Colston S/UP130E Freezer Repair Replace

Problems with built in freezer. Colston Freezer S/UP130E. ?

The top compartment quickly freezes up but the bottom compartment doe,snt freeze. Is it possible to repair or cheaper to replace. Locating info for this model, which I believe is out of production, is difficult.
