Mend Brother Fax 930 Frozen Turned Machine

Call divert frozen on my brother Fax 930?

I have turned off both the fax machine and my mobile.

I have turned back on the fax and tried to unhook the call divert using the normal code #21#. The dail tone is not normal and it does not come up with the voice message that the call divert is now off.

How can I fix this problem.
