How can I fix my Brother Intellifax 4750e?

The machine will not receive incoming faxes. You can transmit faxes to other locations and you can pick up the handset and receive a dial tone, but no one can send faxes to the #.

it could be not set to fax mode it sound like you have it on the phone mode try that to see if that works.
