Mend JCB 214 Fuse Box Location

Fuse box location?

I have a JCB 214 backhoe, the hoe has stopped working, i think i might be a fuse, but i am unable to locate any fuses which might control the hoe, i found a small fuse box under the hood but it has no fuses for the hoe
