Mend Beko S 502W Cooker Oven Repair

how to fix my beko S 502W cooker oven?

hi there my oven just workin, the rings work fine,
but no power to the oven/grill eliments there is a white
wire from the back to the main oven nob selector, with some sort of resister in the wire, power to resister but no power at other end could this be the probblem, can u help?
