Renault Clio 2002 sunroof rattle?

I've got a 2002 expression, same problem my rattle was more of knock it sounded like it was coming from the handle. Tried everything, from spraying WD40 everywhere, to placing tubing around the rim of the glass. In the end I got so annoyed I folded up a piece of card so it was a good inch thick placed it in between the bar where the sunroof sits on. It's a complete strain on the handle but it's stopped rattling.

Take out the sunroof & undo the 3 three metal plates (torx screws) to glass. Rub high temperature grease (can use vaseline but does melt in summer) to these surfaces & re-attach. Also lubricate the 2 metal slide/hinge before refitting.
