Carver water heater repair?

Carver water heater ignites initially and stays lit for a few seconds. The ignitor continues clicking and the flame goes out leaving the red warning alarm light on the heater control panel.
Any ideas?

Hi please help ,
My carver water was working at the beginning of our holidays but then it started to make a buzzing noise we realised the water was dripping in the bathroom and would not turn off , when I did manage to get it of the red light stays on but the heater has stoped making noise and the water won't come threw can anyone help
My van is a swift corvette not sure what year

red and green lights are both lit on my carver control panel is this the way it should be . many thanks michael

The first problem is down to the module, the flame reconition side of the PCB has stopped working. The module needs to be replaced.

When the water does not come out of the hot tap, the problem might be that there is air in the tubes. To avoid this, switch off the power and open all taps when you fill the tank.

My carver turns on, seems to sound like it is trying to heat the water, but the water wont come out of the hot tap.... obviously some sort of blockage sounds to blame.... any ideas?

Hi Liz.
Same problem with my Carver. Ice build up seperated water jacket from front plate. Have you solved this problem? How? Thankyou

I have a Carver water heater in my caravan. One day the alarm light came on and now theres no hot water. Has anybody any ideas as to what has caused this?
