How do I change the brushes on a hotpoint Aqualtis AQXXD 169 PM?

I have a Hotpoint Aqualtis AQXXD 169 PM which is not spinning on the spin cycle. Before I have to get it fixed I thought it may just need the bushes changing. I'm just not sure how to get them out of the motor.
