If I leave my boiler on and my radiator valve thermostats set at frost setting how reliable is this to protect my central heating system for a period of three months over the coldest part of the winter? my boiler is a worcester bosch 24i
A bit of a risk, I'd say...especially if the house has a suspended timber floor where pipes can run close to air bricks. Is there a room thermostat, so you can get the boiler to come on and run a couple of times a day without wasting too much gas?
