Mend Servis Going Working

Dryer not going in reverse?

I have a Servis Tumble Dryer and when it's working it will only go the one way (Clockwise). It then stops and instead of going in reverse (Anti Clockwise) it just sits there for a few moments and then goes clokwise again.
Does anyone know what the problem is?
