how can we fix our fridge freezer hotpoint FFA91 to continue freezing?

The freezer Hotpoint FFA91 is not freezing unless we put it onto fast freeze, how can we fix this.

hi grant when u put it on fast freeze it bypasses the thermostat of the freezer,so if it only works on fastfreeze you have a fault thermostat.new one required.(SORRY)
