Mend Fowler Dual Flush Leaking Toilet

How to replace the washer in modern Fowler cistern ?

I need to replace the washer of my Fowler dual flush cistern in which the cylinder is square shape made of plastic material. But I don't know how to get access to the washer at the botterm of the cistern which is leaking water all the time.
