Mend Microsoft Windows XP Home Move Xp

How can I move my Shared Documents Folder?

I want to move the Shared Documents Folder on my Windows XP Home machine from the default folder c:\documents and settings\... to d:\shared.

How can I move this folder and ensure that Windows knows about the move?
