my aprilia sr 50 just cut out on me ive changed plug but it just turns over?

my aprilia sr 50 died on me ive put new plug in but it just turns over then splutters a bit ?help!!

Elliot can you be a bit more specific? What year is the bike? Is it fuel injected? Were you driving in the rain when it happened? Could be anything from a dirty carb, ht coil, ecu etc....
