Mend Glow-worm Ultimate 50 Heating Relighting System

Glow worm ultimate 50off flame drops then rises as if just been lit?

is ok when first turned on for 5 minutes, then the flames drop, it doesn't go out but i can hear the flame rise as if it is relighting, this carries on at 5 second intervals unless we turn the call of water or heat off? What is the problem please?
