Zanussi zwf1421w spin problem, flashing green leds?

My zanussi washing machine zwf1421w is not always spinning properly, I've noticed that the vertical column of green lights (8H, 4H, 2H, washing and end) on the control panel flash twice every now and again. I understand this is some kind of error code, does anyone have any ideas what it means?
