Mend Pull Water Flow

shower noise?

shower works with the pull cord in off posion. but when you pull it on there is a noise from the shower and no incease in water flow from the shower head.i dont think the moter is working and when i took it apart the brushes were rounded at the ends. is it easy to replace the moter or buy new shower...
