sky+rf out has no power?

there is no 9 volt power at my rf 1 out. Everything else is a ok. Means that I can't use the magic eye controle on my brdroom TV. Help.

Tried that, No good. Got another box and it is fine,but eye only works with rf 1 on new box.

First of all you should be using RF2. RF1 won't work.

Second you need to switch the power on as follows:

Select Services
Select System Set Up
Using remote numbers, enter: '0', '1', 'Select'.

Don't forget to SAVE changes.
